Our compact catering trailer features stainless steel work surfaces, a commercial undercounter fridge, a double sink, fresh-water facilities and a large serving hatch.
Choose from three packages, from the fitted trailer alone to options with catering equipment and packaging starter supplies.
Hire from £95 per day or £250 per week.
📍 Based in the West Midlands, with UK-wide enquiries welcome.
🚚 Customer collection or delivery and return collection by individual quotation.
We are currently accepting expressions of interest. Hire availability is subject to completion of repairs, maintenance and safety checks.
Our Catering Trailer Hire Packages
Choose the package that suits your business, whether you’re testing a new food concept, attending events or planning to trade regularly.
Package 1 — Catering Trailer Only
£95 per day | £250 per week | £800 per month
Hire our compact catering trailer with its fitted facilities, including:
- Stainless steel work surfaces
- Commercial 250L undercounter fridge
- Double stainless steel sink
- Fresh-water tanks and pump
- Electrical distribution system
- Serving hatch and non-slip flooring
Ideal for traders who already have their own catering equipment.
Package 2 — Catering Trailer + Equipment
£135 per day | £350 per week | £1,100 per month
Includes everything in Package 1, with an agreed selection of optional equipment:
- Commercial espresso coffee machine
- Commercial coffee grinder
- Compact electric pizza oven
- Miller Mason generator (8,000W running / 8,500W starting)
- Coffee weighing scale
- AMZChef double grill
- HOMCOM compact oven
- Morphy Richards Fastbake bread maker with dough-mixing function
- Ninja Detect Power Blender
Equipment is available by arrangement. The items included and any additional hire charges will be confirmed in your quotation.
Ideal for coffee businesses, pizza concepts, toastie and sandwich traders, bakeries, smoothie and juice businesses, pop-ups and mobile catering entrepreneurs.
Package 3 — Catering Trailer + Equipment + Packaging Starter Supplies
£135 per day | £350 per week | £1,100 per month + packaging costs
Includes the trailer and agreed equipment from Package 2, plus the option to purchase starter supplies such as:
- Takeaway coffee cups
- Clear plastic iced-drink cups
- Pizza boxes
- Cardboard carry boxes
- Small takeaway bags
Packaging is purchased separately, with prices based on the quantities required.
Ideal for entrepreneurs who want a convenient way to organise their initial catering supplies.
Additional Hire Information
- Daily, weekly and monthly hire available

- Customer collection or delivery and return collection by quotation
- Refundable security deposit required
- Suitable towing arrangements, insurance and signed hire agreement required
- Existing Giada’s Café branding can be removed by arrangement
Prices exclude delivery, security deposit, optional packaging and any applicable VAT. Hire is subject to availability, agreed terms and completion of repairs and safety checks.
