Our Story

Giada’s Cafe is more than a food trailer — it’s a legacy project for my daughter, Giada.

Giada is half Italian, and the idea for the cafe has its roots in the time we spent living in Sardinia, Italy. While we were there, one of the places we loved visiting was a local sandwich shop in our town, serving pizzas, sandwiches, coffee and treats.

It was simple, relaxed and welcoming — the kind of place where good food and good coffee were part of everyday life.

When we returned to live in the United Kingdom, that experience stayed with me. I loved the idea of creating something inspired by those memories: a mobile cafe serving freshly prepared Italian-style street food, pizza sandwiches and great coffee.

And so Giada’s Cafe was born.

But there’s another reason behind it. I wanted to build something that could grow over time and, one day, be passed on to Giada — a business with a little piece of her Italian heritage at its heart.

Today, Giada’s Cafe takes that idea on the road, serving at markets and events and bringing a taste of that inspiration from Sardinia to the West Midlands.

Fresh food, good coffee, and a little bit of Italy
